3 engine choices?  Interesting...

I'm still concerned about outward visibility.  I currently have a file with Kia being a named defendant for the thick A-pillar, which blocks the view of pedestrians.

No, it's not that the CAR is at fault, but the manufacturer's design is alleged to have contributed to the accident.  Not 100% fault to Kia, but some contribution.

...and I should have specified - it was the Defendant Driver that added Kia as a defendant, not my office.

Im sorry, but bad sightlines shouldn't be a thing you can sue for. A blindspot is a known issue that as a driver, you should accommodate for.

I agree with Fobroader and I drive a first generation Sorento (2003).  It was a problem back then and I guess it is with the one owned by NoTo's client as well.  I adapted.

LX 2.4L AWD
LX+ Turbo FWD
LX+ Turbo AWD
LX+ V6 AWD 7-seater

EX Turbo AWD
EX V6 AWD 7-seater
EX+ V6 AWD 7-seater

SX Turbo AWD
SX V6 AWD 7-seater
SX+ V6 AWD 7-seater

EX V6 FWD/AWD 5 seater would be nice and would likely be a popular trim.  Not sure I'd consider an LX+ Turbo to get 5 seat sans AWD.

How do those prices compare to last year's model?  I find almost $50K for a Sorento a tad high, no?

It's so hard to compare on some models as the 2016 SX+ V6 7-seater at a MSRP of $46,695 is offering features that were never available before, so there is no 2015 comparison.  The 2016 is all new from the ground up with a 3" longer wheelbase.
There is also so many other changes as they now offer a 2.0L turbo GDI engine which was never available before so hard to compare.

The LX 2.4L  for 2015 listed for $26,995, 2016 - $27,495, so up $500 but the features are not identical, for 2016 they've added a USB charger, rear spoiler (was only available on the EX> for 2015), drive mode select is standard (only on SX for 2015); YES essentials cloth seats standard (n/a before); solar glass standard but the 2nd row sunshades (which were standard on the 2015 model) are now only on the EX>

LX 2.4L AWD - 2015 $28,995; 2016 $29,495
LX+ Turbo FWD is new at $30,695
LX+ Turbo AWD is new at $32,695
LX+ V6 AWD 7-seater - 2015 $32,995; 2016 $33,895

EX Turbo AWD - all new package for 2016 at $35,595 (adds new features like blindspot detection system and rear cross traffic alert and Supervision LCD cluster which was only available on the SX model for 2015)
EX V6 AWD 7-seater:  2015 $34,495; 2016 $36,695
EX+ V6 AWD 7-seater:  2015 $35,695; 2016 $37,895

SX Turbo AWD new for 2016 $42,095
SX V6 AWD 7-seater:  2015 $42,095; 2016 $43,195

Not many V6 available with 5 seater.  Edge, Murano, and Venza.  That's about it.  All though I would love  a Highlander with a 5 seater option

I like the design but whoever thought putting 4 Led in the place of the fog lights would be a good idea is stupid.....
