fair enough i guess... but these vans were all similarly equipped and those two i mentioned had a price difference of over 7000 bucks. most other categories it's a smaller gap in both price and quality making the choice less risky and more just a flip of the coin, or in those few cases, an obvious choice of, "for 1000, why would you not get ___ that is obviously just better?".
like your example... pricing is within a grand along the comparable spectrum (really can't compare the fit once it gets to the ex-l navi type options because the accent just doesn't have it...) but they start just under 15, get up to just under 21 well equipped....
in all categories, basically, whatever is the newest should and generally is, the best... but then there are those who refuse to buy first year cars, so they settle on the others....
meh... cars.. aren't they fun.
