Looks like Ford is pushing back on this pretty hard.  I suspect it'll take a couple of years before the comparable costs are accurately known - and by then GM will have switched to (partial) aluminum, so it might be moot!

I'm sure the insurance companies will adjust their rates upward for the new F-150's
