Hey! I'm closer! (and will be closer yet soon!)

Besides, you'll be too busy brewing beer to enjoy the car :stick:

The stoptechs are way better and cheaper.  I don't know if Hawk has gone downhill but everyone else that has used the HPS has basically said they lost their brakes by corner 5 on the second lap.

The stoptech are street performance pad as well, but are amazing on track too.  No squeal until they get hot on track.
This. On heavier/faster cars, HPS don't cut it.  I even found the HP+ don't quite cut it.  I personally use the Ferodo DS3000, but they are quite loud for the street.
I had Ferodo DS2500 on the FR-S.  Worked quite well (but the FR-S is a bit lighter at 2700 lbs) and was quiet on the street after a track day.
Those are actually quite decent IMO.

Some unedited videos.  Sorry for the sound of the buffeting.  Fun facts -- you can see the direction of travel on the mirror compass and I just noticed that I had my trip computer set up to display my speed (in between the big dials).  There were some really cool cars out!

1. With 5 Wheel Drive:  --> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YXIOkhDJg08
2. With friend --> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5jeitFkOxPk
3. With friend 1 of 2 chasing Gurgie --> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CKkm5RMOb1A
4. With friend 2 of 2 --> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yjdfsWzU29U

Gurgie is quick!  He was absolutely driving the wheels off that 944 and it was all I could do to keep with him on the straights.  I particularly enjoyed the sandwiches and chit-chat after.

It was a fun evening, thanks for the invite and the ride alongs!  The TT is such a great handler with the magnetic shocks.  I was impressed with the grunt Gurgie's 944 Turbo has, I wasn't expecting that much a shove back in the seat.  And AC's brother's Cayman with the Porsche Sport exhaust just sounds fantastic!

It was great catching up with you as well... happy to hear you had a good time! Glad to take you along as a passenger anytime & I was happy I didn't take you for a 360 degree spin like I did to wing during my HPDE day   :rofl2:

LOL!  Actually my LR spring is cracked so this ultimately is cheaper than buying OE springs.  I know how it looks.....down the slippery slope.

I hear ya!! After the track on Sunday & then seeing the pics of my car leaned over I started looking at thicker anti roll bars front & rear to mitagate some of that body roll, then stiffer spings in the front and thicker torsion bars for the rear   :rofl2:  But I still want to maintain my street ride as well... decisions, decisons   ::)

For a guy who just started tracking their car and was recently signed off on the track you are doing great!  I can't see your hands in the vids but it certainly looks like your inputs are smooth and you're getting a lot out of the car.  BTW, further to your previous post, I'd start with the stiffer and slightly lowering springs. A lower centre of gravity and stiffer springs will go a long way towards dialing out the roll.  Our cars are completely different but with my '01 TT I actually ended up completely loosening the front bar and stiffening the rear (they're adjustable) so I could get the darn thing to turn.
