A7 delivers great looks, great mileage, all-climate utility and one of the best lighting systems Justin Pritchard has ever come across.

Nice car. Audi seems to be carrying the torch now that others are aspiring to. (at least for me)

At 10.9 L/100 km city and >7 L/100 Hw with 310 HP, one has to ask what else has the industry been holding out with gasoline engines or are we finally at the end of the line.

Love this good looking machine (to me) every time I see one on the road.  $75K without the S line package and the fancy LED lights will be more than enough.. It's questionable why the rear camera is optional for something like this, though.

yes, mileage really impressed me here. I wonder if using a supercharger instead of a turbo helps at all.

Great car and an excellent review. Love the mining background theme  :) A6/7 S or RS versions will be high on my list to replace TT RS in four years.

mmm...the new RS7 is deliciously tempting.

Very well written article!! I however dont like the looks of the car at all, well, just the rear end, I dont know what it is, does nothing for me. The A/S/RS6 to me is a much better looking car.
Lighten up Francis.....

i too thought its rear end looked a little funny, but after you see some in real like, i think it does look better...if i were in the market in this bracket, it would be a tempting choice...utility, performance and year round practicality...probably don't even have to convince the wife on it. ;)

And you save thousands to boot.

Personally though, I like the A7, a lot. But I'm kind of a sedan hater.

Approaching 18 months with mine and I love it.  I believe with superchargers getting the most out of 8th gear quickly is
secret to economy.  There will be more superchargers from other manufacturers I believe.

There have been some surveys saying my impressions are common and so hope reliability rises for Audi because
CR sure shows middle of the road for Audi generally.

Absolutely beautiful car. Pictures really don't do this car any justice, in real life they are stunning.
