My brother took these really great shots of my TT at a 1morelap session this Friday night. This is the first time this car was pushed for real as I was trying to save it for after 2 long summer road trips. It's a solid performer and turns in very eagerly. The power delivery is linear and the electronic nannies (traction control and stability control) can be fully defeated...really nice for the track! I discovered that the dual-clutch transmission is smarter than me and that active suspension in track mode is very firm and really cancels the roll as you can see in the pictures. In sport mode the DSG transmission does rev-matching downshifts and takes inputs from several sensors to decide when/if to upshift/downshift. So I tried the paddle shifters but couldn't match the car's electronic brain for accuracy. Mods? Proper track-ready tires, better brake pads, slightly stiffer springs in that order.
