Dunno. I've liked them pretty much since they were introduced. I see it as the spiritual successor to the BMW M1.

To me its such a boring, uninspired design its like the guy that bought a beige Camry, hit the lottery and upgraded. Just does 0 for me.
Lighten up Francis.....

A Lotus Dealership sign in Oakville! At the local Budds Jaguar, Land Rover Dealership.

I noticed that too.  It's at Peninsula though isn't it, next door?  Been in there a few times, not sure I would buy from there, Gentry Lane seems a lot less shady.

I believe it is Peninsula, they've had Lotus in the showroom for awhile. Not sure how they stay in business, everything they have on the lot (95% used inventory) is stickered at like double the market value. The shop seems reasonably busy though, mostly with older European stuff. They are one of the few British car part suppliers (Moss Motors Distributors) in the GTA, the only ones with actual warehousing, but the people working at the parts counter are an absolute joke.
I'll only ever buy parts from them if I am in a jam and need the part right away, otherwise I'll ship from the U.S. Their pricing is fair, I just can't stand dealing with them. You'd think working in a nice parts counter, selling low volume sports car parts would be a fairly pleasant job.....yet somehow the staff are always miserable, slow and barely able to use their own catalogues.

Which is precisely why I didn't buy a Ducati.

Especially after questioning Peninsula about their service costs.

This yesterday at the local farmers market.  A friend of mine stored his in our garage back when I was in high school.  I drove it several times and it was fast in its day.  I wasn't much of a rider, but I found this to be so well balanced and easy to ride.
