What about medical pot ?

A friend has  a prescription for medical pot, he is supposed to vape it. doctor was quite adamant.

Yes, when you vape it at 175-200, it vaporizes only the cannabinoids and not the leaf matter.  It's the way to go.

As soon as the J-man legalizes the WEED, I'm growing my own.  Alcohol sales will take a big it.  That's why Wynn wants to sell it via the LCBO.

What they won't legalize is private party to private party sales.  Just the same as not being able to sell Home Brew beer or wine on Kijiji.  They may put a limit on the number of plants, but that will be it.  Besides the sheer amount of home growing would be beyond enforceable.

Because..some people get hysterical when you talk about weed.

I think possession and purchase will be legal.  But cultivation will not be.

The Odyssey was basically my work vehicle (lawns/bit of snow blowing/dump runs/towing).  Work was around my neighbourhood.  Family  trips were done with the Mazda.  I also knew I wouldn't have it very long.  Had it less than 2 years, wasn't going to invest $800 for winter tires on a 10 year old vehicle.  Especially when you sell it, most don't care if you have winters.

Just to clarify, I am not worried about losing control due to my driving, I am worried about losing control in the case of an emergency manoeuvre caused by some asshat's stupidity...  Ottawa was a clusterf@ck of accidents this afternoon/evening...

Just to clarify, I am not worried about losing control due to my driving, I am worried about losing control in the case of an emergency manoeuvre caused by some asshat's stupidity...  Ottawa was a clusterf@ck of accidents this afternoon/evening...

Of course.  Whatever makes you comfortable.  For me, the Entourage will be done mid November, and the Mazda mid December (will do an oil change while it's there)

That's what killed my dad.  He didn't know he had one.  It started leaking, then it ruptured once he got to the hospital.  He was 64.

That said, a colleague's FIL was lucky that his was caught by his GP in time.  Surgery was done, and he's okay now.

My Dad also had something similar to an aneurysm - a broken blood vessel in the stem of the brain - they did not have to operate but he was in intensive care for a week or more while the blood dissipated. When he got out he had to learn how to walk again, and that was at age 84. He could not get his aviation medical validated after that and had to give up his airplane.
