 :iagree:

drive what makes you happy, and forget the haters. If we all drove what everyone collectively liked, we would either drive nothing at all, or perhaps 911s.
If driving an Alfa does not restore vitality to your soul, then just pass the hospital and park at the morgue to save everyone time.

Now drives a Jaaaaaaag...and thus will not pay for anything during an outing...but it is OK, because....I drive a Jaaaaaag.

I'd still like to own a PT Cruiser someday.   :-[

Why?
The couple of people that I knew that had them said they were crap

I've owned a few cars that people said were crap and they were good cars.  I purchase what I like.

I agree with you but we had a PT Cruiser company car and it wasn't a great car. Fuel economy was poor, performance was poor, and that thing had an insane turning circle. A five-speed model would probably be better (especially with the turbo).

For me, it was always the seating position. So high, upright and unnatural feeling. I worked at a rental car company in University when these first came out. Was not a fan, but man did they get attention for like the first six months. We actually auctioned off the first 50 rental units above MSRP after 3-months service and roughly 10,000 km because they demnad was so great and no one had any inventory.

Yeah, initial demand was insane. Putting them in rental fleets was probably a good way to get them out there and noticed by potential customers. Not to mention lucrative for the rental companies.

I didn't really mind the seating position, and the interior was pretty neat.

Agreed.  Kudos to Wink for buying what he wants, but the PT falls into the objectively (not subjectively) crappy category.   Take one for a short test drive and you'll see.

That turning radius had me feeling like novice driver as i attempted to pull it into a parking spot without requiring a 3 point turn.

Garbage.

Yeah, subjective things aside, the turning radius of a PT Cruiser is an actual problem....

There hasn't been an S4 wagon sold in North America since 2008.

Oooh that's a nice find indeed. Can't get much more Euro than a manual,  prev-gen, german-built passat wagon with rental-spec wheels and tint-less windows  8)

But I'm also guessing it's a Quebec car, so be on the lookout for rust.

It's in Nova Scotia. It's also a Comfortline so it should have 17" alloys; I'm guessing these wheels are for winter duty.

On a Coupe frenzy lately. This Alfa GTV 3.0 V6 Cup is more forbidden fruit, so rare [180 V6s, 155 of which were RHD]...and  one of the most award winning cars of the 90's

So want.

Another limited edition, Fiat Coupe 20v Turbo LE. For a time, the fastest FWD car in the world.

Having almost bought both [standard editions of course] I can say they handle like a dream, and are quite fast for 90s cars. So want. So want....
