I got a brand new EGO POWER+ 56V electric chainsaw for Christmas.  http://egopowerplus.com/products/56v-lithium-ion-electric-cordless-chainsaw  Haven't had an opportunity to use it yet.

One of my wife's Facebook friends was looking to borrow a chainsaw.  Guess whose brand new, never-used chainsaw was volunteered?  :(

I "started" it up for a bit.  Sigh.  Now I won't see my new toy for a week.

I thought this was pretty funny: http://www.sears.com/craftsman-screw-pitch-gauge-metric/p-00952316000P

So you're going to use a screw pitch gauge to check your tires?  ???

I'm sure it's the usual mistake - some copy guy got thread mixed up with tread.  :rofl2:

Got my new A/S Michelins installed at Costco yesterday.  It was raining when I collected my car, so hopped in quick.  Got home, looked at the tires, and noticed they've got the bright green I-BELIEVE-THE-NITROGEN-HYPE-AND-I'M-AN-IDIOT valve caps.  I didn't pay "extra" for the nitrogen - it's just what Costco puts in everyone's tires.

Needless to say, I will be asking for four black ones when I go back for the 40 km torque check.

I should add that I'm really liking the way these tires ride compared to the old OEM Goodyear Duellers.  The Santa Fe handles more like a car than a cow in corners, now.  I like.

Did you get the Latitude Tour?

Yes, Bridgestone, sorry.  Yup, got the Latitude Tours, instead of the LTX.  I want a smooth, no-bump ride.   ;)

My Audi came with Latitudes...they do seem to work pretty well for such a big heavy car...probably about the same weight as yours.  I noticed they were at the top of Consumer reports charts for CUV/SUV tires as well.
