Remind me what the Q60 is again?  I legitimately don't know.  This nomenclature change was the dumbest thing they've ever done.

Seriously?  They couldn't have called it the Q55 or something?  I thought the bigger the number, the bigger the car.  Q60 will be smaller than the Q50.  Makes no sense to me.

Oh, and a QX60 (ahem, JX35) just got towed out of my parking lot - CVT failed.  Just sayin'.

The Infiniti nomenclature is truly awful.   That said, BMW and Audi also use bigger numbers to denominate their coupes (and justify higher costs).  3->4 series, A4 -> A5, etc.

I honestly don't get their names....and don't even try. Infiniti lost themselves, I remember the old times when I was actually interested in the G, M and FX...good times!

Wait, how close is this concept to the actual Q60?

Regardless of what it will look like I hope they'll be smart enough to keep the current exhaust sound (of the coupe) and not to get into that drive by wire steering nonsense.

Definitely agree, I've always loved the exhaust note of the G35/G37 Coupe!!

Nomenclature issues will bee soon forgotten especially if the car is right.

Looking forward to seeing what this Q60 looks like - the G37 and current Q60 has been around for what seems like ages.

It will also be interesting to see what engines they use.  I'm pretty sure the 3.7 V6 will be back but I'm assuming there will either be an entry level engine or even a more powerful version..
