Looks like Ford has addressed all the concerns with the new Mustangs in this GT350. I was disappointed the GT did not offer a magnetic ride option considering the benefit of one as seen in several GM cars.

Hopefully it will be priced more aggressively than the Z28 though or let's hope some of these upgrades make it to the GT track pack one day...

" It also gives the engine a distinctive sound." OK now I want to hear this thing.

"Ford relied on good old American iron"
Brembo = Italian brakes and Recaro = German seats and I'm sure the list goes on. Interesting how international all cars including a "American" iconic cars have become.

This should be a riot to drive - can't wait until it comes out.  Though I'll bet the waiting list will be long and the prices jacked up.  I'm guessing it will start in the mid 60's?

I have never desired a Mustang, but this one does it for me.
Quality is never an accident; it is always the result of high intention, sincere effort, intelligent direction, and skillful execution; it represents the wise choice of many alternatives.

Low to mid $70K in Canada.  This is a dedicated track toy like the Z28.

What a shame you can't drive these in the winter. I guess that is reserved for German high performance cars  :)

I see lots of 911's on the road in winter here. Wife spotted 2 on the way home today on the 407 that was covered in snow.

Typical view from a German car in winter.
On some great and glorious day the plain folks of the land will reach their heart's desire at last, and the White House will be adorned by a downright moron.

I have yet to see anything even remotely exotic during the winter here, there is the weird guy in the Bentley Continental GT convertible during the winter but apart from that, not really.

Can you blame him....I wouldn't take a car out that nice when there is a higher chance of a collision.

Yes...yes I can.  It's AWD and is far safer than most cars in the wet.

What..the 2 times you've used it in the rain?   :rofl2:

And I agree...go read the Vette board.  Z06 owners are absolutely petrified of rain soaked roads.

Oh yeah, the thing would be a blast, but the guy behind with 3/32s left on his Motomaster all seasons that slides into you isn't that safe. I would save it for sunny days when I didn't have a particular destination in mind.

To me, that's wasting the cars "talent".  Might as well not even have it.  I can understand not wanting to drive in the snow here in Ontario with all the salt issues.  But the rain?

My 911 gets driven in the rain many times per month.
