i used to have a c3... red interior, red exterior, tinted black t-tops... thing looked like a million bucks. too bad it was the worst and slowest vette ever... but man did it look good!

i like the colour being put into the new interiors. i definitely don't have a problem with that!

the vette has a different approach to the red interior for sure.. but that's what it is all about. it is not supposed to be subtle.
i used to be addicted to soap, but i'm clean now

I know you guys will think Im a philistine for saying this.....but the C4 ZR1 from the 90's looks great to me. I don't know why, but always thought the lines on that were great....yeah the interior would make a Cavalier/Sonic owner turn their nose up, but it went like a devil and it handled well.....and its actually do-able, yes the split window cars of the 1960's were undoubtedly way better looking and desirable cars, at the prices Ive seen them go at auction, yeah, way above any snack bracket I ever hope to have.

Lighten up Francis.....

Early C4s were a bit of a mess IMO but the facelift in '91 followed by the LT1 in '92 really turned the C4 around IMO.

I've always loved the Gran Sport.

back in the days, my buddy's dad had a '64 Vette with side pipes...that car was awesome and the exhaust was epic levels of ferocious loudness.

I'm a huge fan of the C2.

To my eyes, the 1965 Corvette is one of the most beautiful cars, ever.  Innovative, unlike anything else, and had the performance to back up the looks.  It's why they're so frickin' expensive today...   :'(

'63 split window for me.

I just returned from the AJAC Canadian Car of the Year "TestFest".  I drove a lot of cars this week, but the car I specifically chose to be my final ride (and one of only three cars I signed out more than once) was the Stingray.

Last year at TestFest I first drove the C7 and was blown away by how great it is.  This past summer I drove the same black car Justin did in the review for a brief, mostly highway drive and thought to myself "what was I so excited about earlier?  This thing is nothing special."

Then I drove it again twice in two days on a small "handling course" and on some decent back roads.  Chevy has nailed it with this car.  It's not perfect -- and when driven back-to-back with the F-Type R, the interior is definitely lacking some of the textures and rich aromatic leather -- but it is a lively, quick and great sounding machine.  The placement (or misplacement) of a vent here or there, or even the colour of the leather (I drove one with red leather, the other with black) matters not when you're actually DRIVING the car.
