Definitely the best bang for your buck in this snack bracket.  Haven't seen too many on the road but when I do it does grab your attention.  The sound it makes is very pleasing and the only thing that is better to me is probably the Jag F type.  At least for around the same money.

Read this will do about 12.5 sec 1/4 mile. Would be a great drag race. Maybe get lucky in line at the strip and try one on next year. Love what they did to it inside, outside and under the hood. Good job GM.

Been seeing more on the road, and the car looks fantastic.  Looks like an exotic car.  Handles like an exotic car.  Has exotic car acceleration.

What's missing?  Exotic car pricing.  Exotic car $2000 oil changes.

So.  Much.  Win.

This.  I can't wait to see what GM does with the pricing of the Z06.

Got a good chance to see these up close as I have a neighbour and a co-worker who both have the new C7.  Fantastic bang for the buck, attention getting looks, and the interior is quite nice all things considered.   A friend has one on order and the wait times for delivery seem pretty long (almost a year!) but he did was  picky on the options he wanted.   The only styling tweak I would do would be at the rear - it looks too much like a Camaro.  The Z06 is going to be a steal considering it's supercar performance....

this car looks great... it performs great... and the only issue i have with it is what others have said as positives... things like, "my neighbour has one" and "my friend ordered one", "seeing more on the road", and "my co-worker's...".

it's a total silly reason to not be a fan of the car... but the lack of exclusivity and the fact that it really is the best deal out there act against it to me. total ridiculousness of course and i see that... but who wants to pull up to the golf club and see their car x10 in the lot.. including rich 18 year olds and the head greenskeeper.

kudos on making a great car though...

That is pretty damn awesome given it's performance.  So tempting...

I'd be perfectly fine with that.  I didn't care a whit that my C36AMG looked pretty much like every other C-Class on the road unless you had a "Mercedes enthusiast trained eye."  I'd buy a C7 without hesitation based on sales volumes and lack of exclusivity.

Selling very well. Produced 37288 for the 2014 MY

Looks like they're not going to have much of a problem moving them out either.

the lack of exclusivity
It's give and take:  It could be more expensive and therefore out of reach, or it can be the 'best bang for buck' and be all over the place.

Quite frankly, I see $100,000+ cars all over the place and nobody bats an eye (7-series, S-classes, etc).

At least the Corvette will always draw attention.  I don't love the C7 because it's a 2-seater sports car...but as a 2-seater sports car, I love it.  Chew on that.

If only I could afford one...oh god, would buy in 1.5 seconds.
Why wait so long?

Would have to double think to go with painted carbon roof or unpainted   ;)
Come now, child...you already know the answer to that before you get to the dealership ;)

Should be close like the Stingray.

I don't really get the "see them everywhere" comment. I've seen maybe two or three in Canada all year. Obviously I'm a slappy but the C7 looks SO much better in real life.

Agreed.  I honestly think you'll see (way) more 911's in the average country club parking lot than Corvettes.

You will see them everywhere once demand is caught up in the US. They said supply in other markets would be held back until the US demands are met.
How fast is my 911?  Supras sh*t on on me all the time...in reverse..with blown turbos  :( ...

Im totally with you, around these parts, Vettes arent a dime a dozen. Yeah, for me I would if I could immediately. Yellow, black rims, Z51 pack.

I've seen quite a few of them around Calgary, great, great looking car.  Probably the best effort in GM's stable and so well executed.  The looks.  The performance.  The price (that's relative of course).  Total win.

I don't get why this whole thing about "having the only car in town". You want that, man up, buy a Zonda, or Koenigsegg or Veyron. A car under $100k, not that exclusive.
