Chrysler is increasing production of the 2015 Ram 1500 pickup truck to keep up with customer demand.
Chrysler's Warren Truck Assembly Plant in Michigan will be building an average of an additional 100 vehicles a day or 28,565 more trucks a year.
The Ram 1500 is on a 52-month "sales streak," Chrysler said.

Put some extra effort into your pickups, and see where it gets you!

i bet they will for 2014... they extended the building year. we are still seeing 2014's showing up on lots and 15's aren't going to be here for a little bit.

they really are a good truck... one of the few cars i'm proud to sell. most of what i sell has it's place in the market due to price or something... but the trucks are just a good vehicle all around. i think what i like best is that there is no "bad" package... all the engines are good... all the configurations work.. all the trim levels are decent.
i used to be addicted to soap, but i'm clean now

This could have been done 15 years ago by the D3 but it took Fiat to green light the obvious. How long before GM and Ford respond?

Would you say the same about the Grand Cherokee ?

my only complaint is some trims have only the new diesel and Hemi available.
(I might have explored the RAM a little more if the V6 was available on some higher trims, V6 being that it would help bring the price down a little more)

once you get to the laramie(or higher), they make you get the diesel or the hemi... the sport can only be had with the hemi... bit annoying for sure, but i find most people opting for those levels of trim aren't as worried about fuel usage when it sacrifices capability.

and red, yeah... the grand cherokee is great. i hate to get all fanboi, but we really are making the best cars sine i started selling them almost 16 years ago... there are quite a few that i am happy about, but those two are my top picks...

The diesel is really rocking it:

Chrysler had predicted a 10% take rate, perhaps up to 15%; but Allpar reported in August that the line was running up to 25% diesels when the engines were available.
