ecoboost with performance package and recaro.   33000 out the door...

or GT with performance package and recaro.   42000 out the door.

With "employee" discount the GT is just 10 grand more than the V6. Not bad at all.

i built the V6, in yellow and with the auto and the net price is $31576...i was thinking the Ecoboost would be interesting, but when looking at the specs, it isn't that much more powerful than the V6 and requires premium fuel...also, unlike most modern turbos, this is a peaky turbo, so you have to wind it out to get the power...no thanks...i do like the V8, and it works out to $41690...i'm sure that GT is pretty sweet, but $10k is a fair amount of money.

It took about about $42k for V8 and $40k for the Ecoboost to build one the way I would like. I'd go V8 all the way.

About exactly the same as you Blunderwriter,  Base GT, track pack.  Block heater and all weather mats. $38,828 plus tax inc freight.

i did...did it again with the stick and i see it now.

i like the Mustang as much as the next guy, but i don't know...$33k gets a sweet WRX, which is AWD, has 4 usable doors and is still pretty quick.
