I absolutely love the new Focus' look.

I'm shocked how quickly they depreciate.  50% in under two years.  Yikes!

Honestly though, awesome buy!

Thanks

The depreciation on these can be somewhat misleading. If you look at MSRP to used yes its close to 50%. But right now with Ford Family pricing and 2 K in discounts its more like 25-28%

I actually got quoted through a dealer friend of mine on a clearout Titanium Manual white sedan with sunroof and all options except NAV and Handling pack at just under 22 plus tax last Fall. I think ford had over 6 K in rebates at the time for clearouts. I think the "real world" depreciation of what the used car sells for vs what people actually could have paid for the car with rebates etc is still on the high end but not nearly as massive as it might appear.

The biggest thing that this reinforced for me is that the best way to get a deal on a used car is to have a pile of cash/funding sitting there waiting for the opportunity. When something that's great comes along you can swoop in offer to write a check and be done. If you need to arrange finance, negotiate payments etc things end up getting away. It also somewhat forces you to stick in budget. (although I did go 600 over ..bad Toolatecrew)  I had to did into my own pocket outside the find I set aside but when its only X$ a month it can get much worse.

Great looking vehicle.  The Focus is on my radar as a Sebring replacement.

Yes I thought it was that type of white. Saw a titanium on a dealer lot a couple of years ago in that colour. Looked great. I bet that will polish up nicely. ;)
Mazda made a miata a couple of years ago in Marble White. I wish I had chosen that instead of the black. >:(

Not many colours to chose from nowadays in my opinion.Everything is a shade of grey or silver. I had a corolla in beige, hides the dirt easily though.
All the dark shades of blue and green look like black so you might as well chose black. :D. The Dart and Crosstrek are about the only vehicles with interesting colours.

Great buy! After extended treks in recent Fords, I'm on your side with MFT - it's easy to use, with less clutter and visual gimmicks (Uconnect, I'm lookin' at you). The Sony sound system is fantastic.

At least with the Caravan you can get red, the Odyssey you can't.  Seems the more popular the segment, the more choices you get.  Compacts, mid-size sedans, and CUV's get the most choice.

I saw a Town and Country in red recently and I thought it looked fantastic.
