Being able to wear shoes instead of boots and not having to wear a coat outside.   :)

Planning a move makes me happy.  I love the idea of leaving the past behind, and looking forward to new adventures.  Can't wait!   :D

I'm in the process of moving, not quite as happy. I know I'll like the result, but the process is a lot of work!

Good chance to sort through the 'stuff' though. Combining households so things have to be thinned down.

I was skeptical about this trend at first, looking at things like Trax and the Buick equivalent, but this little thing makes so much sense for getting around pothole ridden urban roads as well as through un-plowed downtown, like we had last winter, while its decent ground clearance would get you well beyond where the pavement ends. It should ride pleasantly with the IRS and be fuel efficient because of its size. The exterior is growing on me too, reminds me of little JDM Suzuki CUVs of the past.

Gotta agree with you on this one.  The declining state of our roads are causing me to re-evaluate my criteria for what I want in my next vehicle and it won't be anything with a crashy, or clunky suspension.  I think this thing will sell like crazy.

"The Renegade has a layout that’s car-like (and car-based) but certainly not lacking in toughness or capability. While it has MacPherson struts with a full front cradle in front, in back, the Renegade gets a Chapman-style independent suspension that replaces the 500L’s twist-beam layout, as well as a stability control system that’s tuned for the different modes of SelecTrac—prepping it for top performance when the conditions turn muddy or snowy. Koni frequency selective dampers should help ride quality on coarse and washboard surfaces without hurting handling. And despite additions like stronger front frame rails, the new suspension, and other structural improvements, the Renegade is virtually the same weight as the 500L (around 3,250 pounds). All models get strong stopping power from four-wheel vented disc brakes, and the anti-lock system has a rough-road detection feature."
Sounds good so far...

I'm getting to this thread a bit late but here are my little favs:

- getting home from the daily grind and having my kids greet me at the door with smiles & hugs
- playing a game of street hockey with my son
- sun, lots of sun, more sun + stars at night
