This looks great… should sell very well… Ford's products have been really nice lately (save for the touch screen issue)

Looks promising.  Lavishly loaded with lots and lots of LEDs... :o  What surprises me is that they are even replacing the Edge.  Seems like the gap between the current Escape and Explorer is small enough to make it redundant.  :-\ Anyway, I like it, but I would much rather see a Fusion Wagon on offer instead if something sportier is what they are trying to achieve.

I seen it at the auto show.
On the platform and off limits.   ::)

It looks much better but I'm still not a fan of these designs.
I find the rounded hatches take away from cargo capability.

The 2015 Edge officially released.

Based on the CD4 platform of the Fusion/Mondeo.

The base engine is a new Ecoboost 2.0L (245 horsepower and 270 pound-feet torque). The 3.5L V6 is retained (290 horsepower and 255 pound-feet of torque), and the Sport gets a version of the 2.7L Ecoboost from the F150 (300hp+, though some seem to hint at 315hp/365lb ft).

The V6s are AWD only while the 2.0L can be hitched to either FWD or AWD drivetrains.

I've rented past versions several times and actually quite liked them (Lincoln version too...MKX is it?). I'm not convinced I like this new grill better tho.

I never liked the Edge but this one looks excellent.  :thumbup: for keeping the V6 option.
