I'd get the white one, just because it looks more distinctly electric. I wonder though if Rondo would be a better EV platform, from the aerodynamics point of view.

Yesterday I called the sales manager at the local Kia Dealer which happen to be a Platinum dealership inquiring about the EV. He called me back today with good news, they have been selected as one of the 11 Canadian dealers authorized to sell the Soul EV and I am at the top of their list! 

No obligation on my part but when the first one comes in I can buy it or pass. This should happen by the end of the year, October-December.

What do you think of the first one, Black cherry and red?

The black/cherry would be my rational choice to grab maximum of "free" passive heat when sun is shinning, especially if outside temperature drop out. Driving range won't suffer much in summer time, A/C draw less power from the HV voltage battery, compared to resistance heating element, even if the optional heat pump is selected.

Yes battery only. 160 Km range EPA rated. 200 km Max range in ideal condition. (Downhill and tailwind..  ) For the long runs we have the T6. It's pretty good at that.

I love the charging port placement.
The suspension seems quiet over Seoul roads; that's one issue Koreans cars had and some models still do. E.g. Sorento's is still thumpy while the short Santa Fe I drove is nice and smooth.

not bad at all...I don't know if I would just get an i3 at that point though, spend 10k more and get something different.
