163 average....wow.

It was only a short burst (<3 minutes) and I left some in the tank so I can go back and (hopefully) claim 2nd place and then 1st ;D

Now do it for 40 minutes. BTW, this is a climb you need to put on your list. Its the American version of Alpe d'Huez

I missed out on all the great days we just had so I squeezed in a 51.5km ride w/544m of climbing this morning before the rains and then cold come. Legs felt good for missing 5 days so I decided to add in some hill repeats.

 Scored a spot on the virtual podium (for now) on one of the segments.
 My climbing still needs A LOT of work.

:rofl2: I never seed the 3 minute part. I have lots of work to do with my hamstrings. I got my a$$ handed to me by a few cyclists my last few rides. fack.

Start deadlifting or use a GHD!

I will have to ask my wife what that is  :P

My wife just sent me this: http://vimeo.com/m/87451028

Am tempted to do less dirt biking and more mtn biking this summer, but am not so excited about getting back on my old 2002 Specialized Enduro. Am also not excited about spending $$$ on a new bike.  :-\

Awesome. If I had trails like that in my back yard I'd still be mtn biking.

Damn its windy and that wind is very cold today. Went and did a quick down/up loop and I was warmer going down (tail wind) vs up (head wind).

Due to that head wind when going uphill and never getting the green light for the turn I couldn't touch my best time. Oh well.

That's pretty crazy. I've ridden Mt. Seven, but that was back in the day when people actually rode up the mountain first.

Of course, the downhill was fun, too, and I probably got to enjoy it for about 5-times as long as those guys!

Looks awesome but my 'fast' downhill days are long gone now.

I did catch some of the DH World Cup from South Africa and it was great to watch.  Check out this POV from one of the LaPierre guys.

Yeah, my quick 32 km ride was no fun in the wind today. Wore dive gloves to keep my hands warm  :P

YEAH!  It looks like only this afternoon will be rain but good after that. Possible of 20C for Monday....might have to try for Milton again if my Mom doesn't come to visit. Of course, I could always drop her off at that new outlet mall and do my ride.
