Without the title, I'd be sure this was the Whitemud Freeway in Edmonton...

401 with machine guns. OK.
A common mistake that people make when trying to design something completely foolproof is to underestimate the ingenuity of complete fools.

Is it bad that I laughed?

The collision didn't look random to me.  Looked like a bodyguard taking out a perceived threat.

Don't know what to make of the gun-toting car.  Or any of it, really.

Bottom line: Makes me feel good to live in Canada.

I laughed as well so don't anyone feel bad. In fact there are more than a few people that deserve the same fate every morning in SW Ontario.
Richard - that's my opinion and I stand by it.

There are many days when I want to do that (run a car off the road).

LMAO....except the part of the Landcruiser driver would be a middle aged woman texting and hitting the guy without meaning to and the AK-47 toting Lada passenger would be played by some rich white kid from Riverbend who thinks hes a black rapper from east LA. I laughed, thats funny, Ive felt like doing that I dont know how many times on my commute.
