-1 for Japanese. Comparing Premium German brands with mainstream Japanese and complainign about the costs. Check VW, 2.0L Turbo is quite brilliant and it is a 4 banger. And you can have it below 30K$

Germans cars are only premium here in North America. Back in Europe that are mainstream and we are are talking naturally aspirated. A Honda S2000 was $50k in 2004 and hardly mainstream.
