No surprise here, styling on the latest itteration of Elantra has always screamed coupe.
That said, how many inexpensive 2 door beasts does Hyundai need? Veloster and Genesis already on the streets, and now the Elantra sandwiched in the middle?
Good point. But then lets not complain about manufacturers providing too many sporty or quasi-sporty offerings. That's a coupe-crowded lineup - but you couldn't really describe any one of those three as a duplicate of the other.

Good point as well. Hyundai may bend this car more as a touring car with a softer feel than the Veloster.
I still can't wait to try both the turbo Veloster and the updated, 274HP Genesis coupe. Having a third artificially aspirated bent-H badge car to consider can't be a bad thing.
