Is This Guy Selling 15 Undriven Ford GTs?
http://jalopnik.com/5876935/is-this-guy-selling-15-undriven-ford-gts

"It's another to have fifteen pristine brand-new copies of the fastest cars Ford ever sold become available all at once."

E-bay listing.  Take a look at the pictures, you can see all the different GTs in the back.

Could be a scam?

Scam or not, I would love to own one of these.

The auction is for only for one Ford GT (the blue one), not all 15 of them.  And like quad, I'd love to own one of these as well.

Pretty to look at, nice to drive on a track but that's where it ends.

Even Clarkson got rid of his right away.

Jesters aside..............if the 15 GT's are GENUINE and the owner was hoping for a BIG WINDFALL....he's BUSTED..now collectors who know he has 14 more available will wait him out....or buy a new one........

Could be a scam?

Providing the photos are real; only in America!  Look at that building, look at that Touring Bus ($1 million thereabouts), .... bought solely for investment purposes  ???

Crazy sh*t.

The GTs were still paragons of reliability compared to pretty much any other supercar in those days. How many Ferraris have burst into flames lately?

Those get scant attention, because it's a Euro manufacturer.

This is the second GT that the seller has put on e-bay.  The first one was a different color and the first ad mentioned that all the GTs were going to be sold.  Maybe he changed is mind.

IIRC the problem wasn't the car itself but with the alarm or some electronic device that was installed by the importer in the UK.  It never broke down ... he wouldn't start most of the time.

That's how I remember it too. He sold the first one, then turned around and bought a second one.

He's had a bunch of high end stuff over the years. I guess he sold it in 2006 for a Gallardo, which he sold in 2008.

I think his current gnarly ride is an AMG Black Series.  It's at least his 3rd AMG.

He had a Ferrari F355 Spyder, a Ford GT and a Gallardo Spyder.  After he sold his Lambo, he purchased the MB CLK Black Series ("the ride feels like your falling down a flight of stairs").  On various episodes of Top Gear, he mentioned that his family had a Aston Martin V8 Vantage, a Ford Focus Estate Diesel and a Volvo XC90.

I think he has some kind of Land Rover and there are rumors that he bought a Corvette ZR-1 but I doubt that he would buy a "real" American car.

Oh and she bought him a MB 600 Pullman at one point. Took $40k to get it fully sorted out, and it was in very good shape when she bought it.
