Just what I needed, my favorite 911 dangled in front of my face this morning.  A GTS with a proper MANUAL transmission.  Just make mine either Guards Red, Aqua Blue Metallic, or GT Silver Metallic.

Ohhhhh.........

Usually guards red or aqua blue are my first choices, but I think the GTS looks fantastic in white with the black wheels.

"The cupholders are shallow, awful little rings that pop out of the dash and tentatively hold a cup over the passenger’s knees. This is not a complaint. It’s a 911:...That is, after all, the idea behind the 911. As Porsches go, it’s pretty basic"

Bravo Porsche !! Only you could offer less, charge more and still make people happy. That being said I'll take mine in pearl white.

Let this be a lesson to automakers; up the quality and engineering and stop the gizmos and gadgets, seemingly equals happy customers and ultimately sales.

Am I the only one that thinks with the new model 911 coming out (or is already out, I'm not sure) I don't see why someone would buy this one.  I think the Carrera S would be plenty of car and with the updates probably very similar in the dynamics to this GTS.  I don't think the price difference is much so I think if it was me I would have the new Carrera S instead of this GTS.
