Thanks - I've looked everywhere mutlitple times - no mention of J vs JJ on the car anywhere or in documentation. And dealer/Toyota wont correspond with me unless buying new OEM.....! Suggestions appreciated

I'm thinking that the 16x16.5 should read 16x6.5, where the 6.5 is the rim width.  The J, or JJ, refers to the tire bead profile of the rim.  I would have thought that this would be the same for all wheels.  Maybe try and have another look.

I just saw that....thats one hell of a wide wheel for a Camry!!!!!!  :P

I wouldnt worry about it, theyll fit your car and youre going to buy tires for those specific rims. If they are off of a Camry, go ahead and buy them.
