half way motors is were my wifes first car came from

my mom would head to the south US, but medical insurance is to costly  :-[

Awesome idea.  That rust is way lighter than I had envisioned.  Krown it asap.

Front fenders (new) are cheap if repair is envitable.

My Dad's 2000 Pathfinder is rusting in the exact same spot around the rear wheel arches.  His has got almost 160k km's on it.  Besides the a/c compressor, he's had no  other major mechanical problems with it.  It's now due for a timing belt, he's going to have the water pump done at the same time.

He's recently had new shocks and springs done.  When it was at the dealer to have the work done he was told that there have been quite a few Pathfinders around that age that had to be taken off the road due to the amount of rust on the shock towers.
