Apart from lack of specific product knowledge which is tiresome to deal with at the best of times, I find some of the sales people in the GTA who have been hired for their ability to speak a visible minority language to be particularly odious to deal with. They assume that customers will walk in seeing halos above all the Asian car models, and they trumpet the word 'reliable' as some mantra which if they say it enough times will hypnotize prospective buyers into signing the dotted line.
