Another positive experience at Argus Mazda!  :o

I got a call about the window motor on Monday and an appointment for Wednesday, that was less then a week! When I went there, they were done in less time then they said. No grease on the window or anywhere. The service adviser, the same one that handled the rad problem, was new to this dealership as I had not seen him before. He was very polite and did speak OK English with me and I could tell it was a challenge for him.

Kanata Mazda still haven't called about replacing the switch assembly. I don't think it needs replacing, but they seemed to think so and they were supposed to order the part and call me for an appointment. I don't think I'll ever hear from them. Seems like they're doing everything possible to make sure I never go there again...  ::)
