That's pretty complex.  Would have been easier to put the famed SR20DET "Blacktop" in.  Stock, they make 245.  Modded ~500.  Smaller, lighter.

But a very fun design exercise anyways!!  I'd drive it!   ;D
How fast is my Supra?  I sh*t on Cessnas from a roll....

Oh, and if I have to strain to raise the aluminium bonnet to check and possibly add oil once a month, then I'm out.

sort of related... found this inside the Juke link:

GT-R 1/4 mile < 9 seconds:

2nd half of the video is kind of funny watching the passenger's reactions to the insane-o acceleration...

Ohhh Nissan, I saw what you did there.

You realized the car was ugly as hell and made it faster so people couldn't stare at it. Well played... ahahahahahahahahahaha.

Some vids from Nissan putting together the Juke-R.  A pretty impressive project, that's for sure.

Newly released testing video of the Juke-R.

And it looks like the Nissan execs weren't all that happy about the UK team building it.

With a car as ugly as that, I couldn't care less how fast it is. Maybe Nissan should concentrate it's efforts on building cars people actually want instead of ridiculous exercises like this. Just sayin'.

You are obviously concentrating on the Juke's looks and totally dismissing how impressive this project is.  I fail to see how this is a "ridiculous exercise".....but oh well.
