Nice! US trims/options now. Will it come with a DCT option in the US/Canada? I hope so.

Dear Mr Ford,

Bring over the Focus Wagon ST and I'll be in your show room tomorrow.

What's wrong with the hatch?  I know, it's a bit short on cargo, but much suitable body style for a sporty car.

The hatch looks terrific.  The wagon.... decidedly less so.

I already have a great hatch and not sure if I want another one that has less space so its the wagon for me.

I agree Quad.
We have the Fit as our "station wagon" but I may well try to persuade mrs tpl into a Focus wagon as it will make a good match for the GTI.

Nothing wrong with the hatch...yet it's probably a LOT short on cargo given the roofline.

Also, sport wagons are contrarian in nature...I find them awesome.  A CTS-V wagon, Volvo Turbo wagon or Audi S4 wagon kinda thing.

I like the wagon.  A wagon with the right options (manual tranny please!) would have me rethinking keeping the Forester.

Give me the wagon!  Although, I wouldn't actually buy one unless it had a proper AWD system.

I see.... And yes, you are right in terms of cargo. I guess I was thinking from my perspective - I have a compact SUV for cargo, bad weather, family duty, etc. The second car could be almost anything as long as it has 4 doors and can fit a car seat; cargo is not a priority, but looks are.

Although I like the regular Focus wagon, I think the ST looks better in hatch form.

Make it quatro (as in 4, not Audi-style all-wheel drive -though that'd be great too!)
I put off buying another car while Ford waffled about bring the new Focus Wagon to NA.  I end up pulling the trigger on the Elantra Touring when Ford announced that the Focus Wagon wasn't coming after all.  But if a ST wagon comes here, the ET will be traded in very quickly...

"Euro-only?"  I thought Ford was done with that crap.  Next thing you know, we'll get our own "North American" version of the Focus, suited to "North American Consumers."  Yeah, that was nice.
