And the winner is a Honda CPO 2007 Civic DX-G sedan in black, with a Canadian Redbook value of $9800 (which is way below market value), so $200 under his OSAP limit. :)
Mine: 2004 Acura TSX
Family: 2005 Honda Odyssey EX, 2006 BMW 330i

Flawless deal done at Stratford Honda. NO BS, fast negotiations, no pushy up selling (politely declined rustproofing, and that was it). And best of all, they let us take the car out, ALONE! :)

And...I get my $100 referral fee.  ;D

I just spoke to him again today...he doesn't want any Domestic makes, and it has to be Automatic.  :-\

I'll stop reading here as this moron deserves no more of our time.

I mean really?  People that buy used cars that hold their value vs others make me shake my head.  And it's NOT about reliability...that train left the station a while ago...especially when you consider the Fusion.
If it flies, floats or f#%&s...rent it.

I disagree about him be an idiot simply because he has a preference for imports.  We all like what we like...doesn't make us a morons.

How many domestic cars in your driveway again??  I forget...

His mom works for Ford Corporate in the Detroit area, and she has an 09' Escape, and has owned many Fords in the past. He is simply not a fan, and would like to explore into new territory.

I personally like the Fusion...excellent car for the money (used).  :)

Simply refusing to not look at all options on the basis of old data makes him a moron.  You'd say the same thing if he was a "domestic" guy that wouldn't consider buying any of those "foreign" jobs just.

There are currently zero domestic cars in my driveway.
