The OP could threaten to sue for a fundamental breach of contract since the vehicle supplied does not conform to the reasonable expectations of the parties (unless this was an "as is" deal). The threat of legal action is very often enough to get a desired result since preparing a response can easily cost a dealership more than supplying a remedy to the customer. Depending on your perspective, this is either the benefit or the curse of lawyers.
