Your best bet may be Standard Auto Wreckers. It has used mirrors at $100. You might luck out and get one the correct body color - you won't have to paint it. There are several variations including heated and unheated. Specify the correct part.

1. Lower the window completely and unhook the negative battery cable. Pop off the interior door grab panel. The panel is attached by clips and easily pops free. Remove the two screws behind it. Tip: Buy a $5 Princess Auto door trim remover.
2. Pull the interior door handle open and remove the panel surrounding it. Slide the panel around the interior door handle. Remove the single screw behind the panel.
3. Remove the screw from the upper-corner of the door panel. Insert the door panel door between the door panel and the door to pop out the clips. Once you have a few clips free, you can use your hands to finish removing the door panel.
4. Unhook the wiring holding the door panel to the door. There will be a wiring module attached to the power window assembly and a module attached to the door courtesy light. Once they are removed, set the door panel aside.
5. Disconnect the power window connection module. Hold the outside part of the side view mirror and remove the bolts with your other hand. Once the three bolts (10mm) are removed, the mirror will come free.
If it requires painting you can try a rattle can otherwise you'll have to have a body shop do it, probably another $100.
