I was at a motorcycle poker run once, and won the "slow race" competition.  I was the only guy on a sportbike, which makes it a touch more difficult.

For ultimate slow speed control...check out what the guys on Trials bikes can do!!  Able to stand still, feet on pegs, indefinitely.   :o

Impressive. Don't think I could find my way through that course while walking it.
