I posted this in the Multimedia section as well.  In fairness to the other cars (minus the Audi), it was a dusty, dusty track that the GT-R's AWD could really take advantage of.  Proof is in the fact car 2,3,4,5 and 6 all had a faster trap time then the GT-R.  1/2 Mile race and I think the Ferrari, LFA or Vette would have started to pull away.

Why now 911 Turbo, Lambo or ZR1 Motor Trend?

Yep - and everyone else ate GT-R dust that day.  ;D

Two things I noticed:

1)  A real big spread amongst the competitors.
2) 0.1 sec doesn't sound like much, but at those trap speeds it sure looks like a pretty wide gap.

Passed one (R8) on the 407 tonight. Looked to be driven by the teenage son pegged at 120. ::)

Yup!!  How many KMs on the street did they last you??

About 6k miles, so 10KMs.  But the last quarter of their life they are basically slicks, avoid puddles.

Powered by a GReddy 4.3l stroker engine and twin TD06-20G Twin Turbo kit. Other parts include a Type-29 Intercooler, DCT Cooler kit, DCT cooling pan, high-flow Intake Manifold, GReddy EXhaust and Art Factory LIvery. The wide body aero kit is by BenSopra.  Watch it nail down 205+ MPH in this vid.
