It is insane!  The only problem I had was last year end of season my idler pulley blew clean off the bearings.  Cheap GM pulley, bought a new one, good to go.

Also need a new clutch, mine spins, I suspect it is the pressure plates problem more so than the clutch.

Don't spin it too much or you'll also need a new flywheel.  Most clutch kit's include pressure-plate, clutch friction disk and the release bearing.

Yeah last time I changed it I only changed the flywheel and the clutch disc.  I also put in a lighter flywheel, didn't change the pressure plate as it only had 20k on it.

But then I installed the supercharger about a month later, DOH!

Had I planned it I would have put in something better.  I'll probably just buy an entire kit next time, about a grand, but it is such a PITA to change the clutch on this car, I'll do it right.

FYI, I tried a lightweight setup a few  years back, killed my launches.  I had tons of traction and it just bogged the engine.
Went back to stock Sachs setup and could again spin up the rears just enough to stay in the power.
May not be a problem with a S2K, but you never know.

Hasn't been an issue considering I have so much power my wheels just spin :)
