Sure sounds like Hyundai has no clue what is going on....
From the link:
Hyundai's Current 'Solution': Step 1, have car aligned. Alignment is found to be in spec. Step 2, install new left front strut assembly then re-align the car and recalibrate electronic steering. The left front strut is given roughly -0.8% camber while the right front is given roughly -0.2%. This approach is having some success as long as the car is driven on roads slanted to the right. The car will remain on a straight path and eventually wander to the right as a normal car should. When the road is slanted to the left the pull immediately comes back. The car does not track straight at all and pulls left quickly and with a bit of force. Shouldn't it behave as it does on a road slanted to the right? Step 3, Hunter Road Force Balance with StraighTrak the wheels/tires and place them on the car accordingly. This did not work for mine and I am still awaiting a fix. It has now been 5 months and counting.
