I was thinking the same thing.
'edit' Did a quick google search. VW did have ON-Star. You would think that would be some they would really want to advertise. Being VW and all. :rofl:

downgrade to a 2.8 V6 4 motion, I have heard many bad story about the W8...
Owner of a 2002 Passat 4 montion with 250K mileage,  only the 80000km timing belt interval and wear out parts
