- Children's education fund is maxed out (if you have kids)
- You have the disposable income of 'Snowman'
- You don't give an 'F' what the wife thinks

My husband like cars, but I LOVE cars. I always knew that, so I just had to make sure I could get a job that could pay for what I want.
I still definitely consult with him because we are working
together to meet our financial goals. Like the house. That will be the first. Because I would like to have a couple of M cars (or an M car and a P Car) and I want my mortgage done with before they're in the garage. My neighbours were not too happy I was putting around in a rusted Nissan Sentra when we first bought our house but that was our priority. I have no kids btw. Obviously that makes a difference as well...
By the way Mike, looking forward to your report on the X3. My husband's eyeing this for himself. Oh noooooes! I don't want an SUV! But it's his car.
