$50k CDN I bet..

Q7 starts at $58,000.00
Q5 starts at $41,200.00

Just for further comparison within Audi:
A4 starts at $42,800  (Avant)
A3 starts at $34,100

Taking these existing CND models into consideration I'd have to say the base Q3 will definitely have to come in under $40,000.  Now, that doesn't mean you couldn't get a model upwards (and way above) 50k by checking some option boxes off.

Yeah, $35,000 for a base Q3 should be right inline.
They can't make it more expensive than the BMW X1, or can they?

I would expect it to be priced competitively with the X1. No reason to make it much more or less. Whoever thinks that this will be more than a Q5 is smoking crack.

I was parked across from an X1 the other day and I was surprised to see that it looks barely taller than my 6 wagon. It's too bad BMW can't be bothered with offering a manual transmission in our market or I'd seriously consider one in the future.
