You pay a $40 duty fee per tire and that's it. 

If you ordered tires made in North America I believe there shouldn't be any duty.

I went with Bridgestone Potenzas.  From what I understand they are manufactured in Japan so I paid the $160 duty.  They were a LOT cheaper than anywhere else I looked.

It should be stamped right on the sidewall where the tire was made.
