A Canadian resident wouldn't qualify for these incentives would my guess - is this correct? When I went to look at the Mustang in the US, the price changed substantially because the incentives they had originally offered didn't apply as I was not a US resident.
The USA is a real mish mash of regional distribution zones all with their own incentives plus odd sales tax regulations. So correct in that Canadians can't access finance incentives.

I dunno. They seem to be obsessed with volume at any cost like before bankruptcy.
Like the past, their bread and butter is in pickups and SUVs. However on the passenger car side of things they are in trouble.
They only have one econobox and the jury is still out on it.
The Chevy car line up is in trouble. Both Malibu and Impala, 50% which are fleet, don't quite equal Camry sales.
The Buick car line up isn't as bad, but again still an unknown.
Cadillac has essentially one model in the CTS.
