2011 Jeep Compass

Nice grill.... why can't they put something like that on a Liberty?   Is there any need for a Patriot now?

Maybe that front end would look cooler with the Patriot backend?

That does look pretty good, but sort of what the Patriot should have looked like. Wonder if they have tamed the CVT vibrations.

The concept of these little units was always pretty good, I was interested in one initially, but the execution was horrible, not sure what the Germans were thinking.

I think it looks better than the previous generation. They updated the interior for 2010 MY, I wonder if it is the same in this model. I always wondered why the need for two similar models. But surprisingly you can see a good number of those on the roads, and maybe if only one of the two was offered customers would have gone to another brand.

Personally I like the Liberty the way it is, I mean visually. I think it's a shame it lost its off-road abilities over the years.

If I remember right those had suspension issues, after 60k most of the bushings already went south. And some of them had major water infiltration issues. But if I had to buy new I'd buy a manual.

I like the front end alot of this new Compass, what a difference.  But IMHO the backend seems out of place now as it is too close to the old look

Funny, jeep.ca still has the 2010 compass on there.  The "updated" 2011 Patriot is there though.

Jeep.com has the 2011 Compass.
