Thanks for the story. First my GTi, now my Cannondale.  :rofl2:

Mine is a CAAD8 so I might be ok on this one....will double check though.

Is this why Cannondale is referred to as "Crack-n-fail"?

Switch'em out for a set of Race Face and call it a day.

Better yet, sell the Cannondale entirely for a Specialized or Norco.

The problem lies in the crank arm and only appears when the installation is not done right, nothing to do with the frame set.
