Just put the steering wheel in the DOWN position and the drive feels much better - watz up with that??

There is going to be a pretty sweet contest giveaway at the show.....not quite as sweet as the Toronto contest, but good none-the-less.   :-X

Looking forward to it.  We're going on the 22nd.  It's an annual pigrimmage for me and 2 of my friends.  Auto Show all day, then a good Montreal smoked meat sandwich for dinner.

Funny you should mention dinner.  mwqa and I usually start with dinner and it's been smoked meat at least once in the last 3 years.  I think I can do either the 21st in the evening or during the day on the 22nd (Saturday).  I can't guarantee that date yet but I will be able to soon enough.

Any other takers for either day?

Looks like there will be a few interesting Canadian unveilings at the show this year.

Aston Martin Rapide, V12 Vantage
Chevrolet Orlando
Ford C Max and Focus
Hyundai Elantra

Hopefully we'll actually get to get in them, and they won't just be up on turn tables.  Well, the A/M's will be roped off for sure...  :(

Random is modeling a lime green 'racing' jacket courtesy of Suzuki. They were giving test drives of the Kizashi and he was courageous enough (and generous enough, seeing how hard the Suzuki girls were working to drum up interest) to give it a spin.

I think Suzuki made an error in locating their kiosk away from the flow of the show itself. I fleetingly saw it on the way to the test drive, but didn't see them at all in the main hall.

As for the show in general, it was a pleasant experience. The layout seemed very good this year. The only complain I had is of the loud music being played in the customization area. I had you get out of there lickidy-split because of my hearing issues, so missed that whole exhibit.

I can recommend it for anyone who hasn't gone, as a nice way of spending a few hours walking.

We were there on Saturday too.  We had a good time, saw lots.  I like the new Focus, the trunk was a bit on the small side.  Hopefully the wagon will cure that.  I liked the new Elantra too.  Besides drooling over the usual Porsches, A/M's Lambo's, etc, nothing really jumped out at me this year.

Oh, the smoked meat sandwich at Dunn's after the show was most excellent!

Odd colour for Suzuki, their colours are usually blue and white, sometimes yellow.  That green is definitely Kawasaki.

Thanks for the photos. Looks like a good time.

Like the lime green Suzuki jacket. At an auto show, at least you'd be easy to spot in a crowd!

The C-Max Hybrid is #1 on my replacement list, so very anxious to check one out. Doubt I'll be able to sit in one at Toronto, but looking forward to doing so.
