F1 sure knows how to spend (more) money! While claiming to be trying to save money. Or am I confused.

When these motors blow up its going to be pretty impressive...... And Adrian! Stop putting bodywork or anything near our turbo!

I don't know...I think these engines will be less stressed than the current one.  Heck..with such a low RPM ceiling, tyou could even use conventional valvetrains...

Good point. The RPM part is easy for them and a 'reprieve'. I just remember back in the old turbo days and admittedly now they have serious electronics to make them work. Making an engine last back then for A race was amazing. Ask Renault especially!

But they never wanted them to last more than a race back then.  They tuned them until a hair from death..and since they were being rebuilt after the race anyways, they just needed to last a single race...
How fast is my Supra?  I sh*t on Cessnas from a roll....
