Interesting account of a lengthy & meticulous detailing of a 458.
It's amazing how poor the finish was straight from the factory - orange peel i'd be pissed to see on a Hyundai Accent!

Awesome!!  I did a detail like that on my Supra.  Took tons of time.  But soooo worth it.  Paint was so smoooooooth...

30-40 hours.

Says in his notes  "over the course of 5 days and more than 60 hours of intensive labour.."
Maybe he gave the Ferrari owner a break on the rate & charged oh say, $50K for the job??   

Still though, looking at the after pics, you could convince me 'it's worth it'
