M-B B class turbo or not.  German, hatch and her favorite tech works there.

You're probably right.  It's just that "Golf Wagon TDI" is now my default answer to any "What car" thread as it meets SO many criteria.

It's too bad they don't have the 2.0T in the Golf Wagon, now that would be great. That 2.5L just doesn't cut it IMO.

I agree 100%.  The 2.5L doesn't cut it at all.  I've always thought that 5cyl engines were as powerful as a I4 yet drink fuel like a V6.  That and it's not particularly smooth.  The 2.0T is magnificent.

What about a genesis coupe, wait for the new 2.0T, I think she would look good in one of those.

In the other thread she's saying she won't tell us what her next vehicle is and will NOT start a whatcar thread. Time to start the Brig next car pool then.

I'm with gotak
With the 370 except I think she would go coupe instead. And, most definately a used US import to keep costs down.
She's ready, I'll even help you bring it back!

Used 370Z from the states is a steal, IMO.  Since you could get them with leather, the base price was cheap to start off with.  I'm starting to see used in the US for mid $20s (many have leather at the price).  With CDN dollar almost at par....this is a tremendous deal.

I agree John, but she's trying to NOT break down.  I think Sonata Turbo! Just because TG loves them so much...  :rofl2:

The Jetta is 10 years old and has 200K on it?  Cripes, you people are wimps!  That car has TONS of cheap driving left.  Keep the Jetta for daily driving, and buy an Alfa for sporty weekend jaunts.

Oh, and ditch the dude in your life and marry an Italian auto mechanic.  I know he's actually Spanish, but use this as your guide...

A CPO 328i....except manual ones are very rare.

There are plenty of preowned low km, 2006+ 6MT TSX's around though, for less than $20k.
